Celebrate with downtown Napa restaurants, wineries, and artisans at the new CIA Downtown Campus at Copia which will be transformed into an elevated epicurean marketplace like only Napa Valley can offer. Chefs will get a chance to showcase dishes reflecting their take on their favorite ‘street’ foods, sommeliers from downtown restaurants and wineries will pair unexpected wines, artisans will showcase unique offerings, there will be live entertainment brought to you by Bottlerock from Royal Jelly Jive, and street performers will entertain throughout! Chef and Winemaker Golf Tournament

Join local chefs and winemakers for a day on Silverado Resort and Spa championship golf course. Enjoy a continental breakfast and 18 holes featuring specialty beverages and the famed burger dog lunch. Then celebrate victory at the post-tournament reception where you can mingle with the chefs, winemakers, and fellow golfers over some of Napa Valley’s finest wines and appetizers.

Terroir to Table®: Behind the Scenes with Nickel & Nickel

This is a once in a lifetime chance to go behind the scenes with one of Napa Valley’s most esteemed wineries! Limited to just a small group, guests will enjoy a tour of the property and see the wines being removed from barrels to tank in preparation for bottling. In addition, you will get the chance to taste seven, 2014 barrel sample Cabernets which come from different Napa Valley appellations and then taste the same seven Cabernets from the 2013 vintage. During this session, there will be a slide show highlighting the vineyards with a discussion as to how the terroir in each vineyard influences the flavors in each wine.

Terroir to Table®: Garden to Table Wine Pairing Experience at B Cellars

Greeted in B Cellars Hospitality House, guests will be personally escorted through the culinary gardens, where our Master Gardener, Shelley Kusch, will be speaking about our spring garden transformation and answer any questions you may have. Guests will also have a chance to tour past our vineyards, through our production facility and wine caves — glass-in-hand. Following the tour, guests will enjoy a seated tasting of B Cellars Flagship blended and limited-production wines at our Chef’s Garden Pairing Table, with vistas of the Vaca Mountains. Chef Brian will discuss the process he uses to plan a garden to grow foods that will pair well with our wines. Each tasting is accompanied by an artfully produced seasonal “B-Bite” pairing using locally sourced products. This is an intimate experience with only a very limited quantity of tickets available!

Terroir to Table®: Exploration of Pinot Noirs with Etude Wines

Join winemaker Jon Priest for a unique tasting that showcases Etude’s continual study of this captivating varietal and its varying expressions from Carneros, Sonoma Coast, Santa Barbara County and Willamette Valley. Jon will lead a side-by-side tasting of these limited regional Pinot Noirs to help you understand how terroir influences the aromas and flavors of this popular grape and explore how Pinot Noir is highly sensitive to climate and changes in soil composition. With Etude’s minimal intervention approach, even when each Pinot Noir is treated the exact same way in the winery, the resulting wines will ultimately be different. After the intimate seated tasting, Jon will lead Flavor guests into Etude’s cellar for a behind-the-scenes barrel tasting of an unreleased vintage of all the Pinots just tasted. Terroir to Table®: Five Decades Cabernet Sauvignon Tasting with Trefethen Family Vineyards

Celebrating almost five decades in the Napa Valley and three generations as a family owned and operated winery, Trefethen Family Vineyards is raiding the wine cellar to create a truly unique tasting experience. A brief tour of the estate vineyards and gardens sets the stage for an epic tasting of Cabernet Sauvignon – featuring one from each decade of Trefethen’s history. In the seated tasting, walk down memory lane with estate wines crafted when the Watergate scandal rocked the White House, when the Berlin Wall fell and when the average price of a home in the US was less than $90,000. Tasting includes five Cabernet Sauvignons covering the 1970s, 1980s, 1990s, 2000s, 2010s, along with a selection of current releases.

Queen of Wine Clubs, Katie Hamilton Shaffer (Feast it Forward Network Founder/Host), will lead these foodies through an open flame throwdown as ingredients meet their match at the gambling table.
