About the Event

You can’t always travel around the world to have a world-class meal. Sometimes you have to let the meal come to you. Especially when Cindy Pawlcyn, wine country cuisine pioneer and owner of three beloved Napa Valley restaurants, is cooking.

In this fun and flavorful event, you’ll get a taste of some of Cindy’s favorite globally-influenced dishes from her latest book, Cindy’s Supper Club: Meals from Around the World to Share with Family and Friends. The adventurous, three-course, seasonally inspired menu includes an appetizer, entrée, and dessert.

To top off your trip, Jennifer Ingellis, general manager and wine director at Brassica and a 2012 Food & Wine Top Sommelier of the Year, will offer her advice and wisdom on wine pairings. Come take a culinary adventure to the world of Cindy’s imagination — you won’t be disappointed.
