Join award-winning chef and Napa Valley resident Michael Chiarello for an interactive lunch experience.
Prepare to chop, slice, baste, cube, dice, grate – and leave sated! The popular Food Network host and owner of the acclaimed Bottega Restaurant will present a delicious meal reflecting his Italian roots and incorporating the distinct flavors of the Valley. Chiarello will demonstrate two courses in the Ecolab Theatre, CIA’s theater-like demonstration kitchen. Then it’s everyone to the kitchens, where you’ll prepare the third course with Chiarello’s guidance and a CIA student chef to assist. Hard work never tasted so good.
