GODIVA Senior Chef Chocolatier David Funaro and wine expert, Karen MacNeil, Chairman of the CIA’s Professional Wine Studies Department, will share a selection of different large chocolate bars – in diverse flavors such as Dark Chocolate with Almond and Milk Chocolate Salted Caramel – and a line-up of phenomenal wines that complement them best. Along the way, you’ll learn how to taste chocolate as one tastes wine, to truly enhance its flavor.
