About the Event

Dean & Deluca’s new Culinary Director, Jason Rose, and Wine Director, Kerrin Laz, will share secrets of pairing wine and cheese, both for hors d’oeuvres and after-dinner. The tasting will feature their favorite pairings of Napa Valley’s most compelling wine offerings and terrific Napa Valley and California cheeses, such as Andante Dairy’s Acapella, Bleating Hearts Fat Bottom Girl, and Shaft’s Ellies vintage 24 month bleu, along with some delicious accompaniments such as Edge Hill Honey and Oakville’s Caramelized Fig and fennel marmalade.
