Cindy Pawlcyn

Cindy Pawlcyn has pioneered seasonal, sustainable wine-country cuisine since opening the legendary Mustards Grill in 1983. She is also founder and owner of Cindy’s Backstreet Kitchen and Cindy Pawlcyn’s Wood Grill and Wine Bar. Pawlcyn trained at Le Cordon Bleu and La Varenne in Paris, was the inaugural chef for Meadowood Resort, and has helped create many iconic Bay Area restaurants. In addition to earning countless awards and accolades, Pawlcyn is author of several cookbooks including the James Beard Award-winning Mustards Grill Napa Valley Cookbook and Cindy’s Supper Club.
