Tami Lotz was born and raised in Napa, and brings with her a passion for sparkling wines and the valley she calls home. Tami completed her degree in Viticulture and Enology at UC Davis, and after interning at Mumm Napa, was fortunate enough to be able to spend a year abroad, working and learning about wine. She worked in Germany, traveled through Australia, and worked in Chile, eventually returning home and to Mumm Napa in 2003. Tami works together with Ludovic Dervin in all aspects of winemaking at Mumm Napa. When not sampling cuvees, Tami enjoys cooking, traveling, reading, and a wide variety of outdoor activities.
