Thomas Keller is an American chef, restaurateur, and award-winning cookbook author. A man of exceptionally high personal standards, Keller has successfully assembled an expert staff that shares his philosophy and vision, allowing him to undertake projects ranging from porcelain design to film consulting. Keller is the only American-born chef to hold multiple three star ratings by the Michelin Guide. Most recently he was designated a Chevalier of The French Legion of Honor, the highest decoration in France, in recognition of his lifelong commitment to the traditions of French cuisine and his role in elevating cooking in America. Along with Chefs Daniel Boulud and Jerome Bocuse, Keller established the Bocuse d’Or USA Foundation, devoted to inspiring culinary excellence in young professionals and preserving traditions and quality of classic cuisine in America. In 2011, he launched a new product called C4C, delivering gluten free flour to home cooks nationwide. Most recently, Keller accepted a Lifetime Achievement award from United Kingdom’s Restaurant Magazine for his outstanding contributions to the industry.
