Valentina Guolo-Migotto

Raised in the Italian region of Veneto, Valentina Guolo-Migotto moved to California in 1997 with an entrepreneurial passion and in 2006 co-founded Ca’ Momi, a food and wine concept rooted in soulful Italian tradition and Napa Valley soil. Ca’ Momi’s Enoteca in the Oxbow Public Market celebrates “la cucina povera,” or cooking from “the poor people’s kitchen”: Regional dishes whose flavors and ingredients are rooted in simplicity, and crafted with the highest-quality organic ingredients from nearby farms and gardens.
