Can I bring children to the event?

No one under the age of 21, including children in strollers accompanying their parents, will be admitted. Please bring a current driver’s license or passport as official ID.

What should I wear?

So you just bought your Flavor! Napa Valley tickets, but now you need to figure out what to pack and how to prep for your trip. Here are a few travel tips and some ideas for what you should have in your suitcase. You can check out our Napa Valley Style Pinterest board for more ideas.

What is the weather like?

March is typically clear in the Napa Valley, with an average daily temperature of 70 ℉. Days are generally mild, but as the sun sets, temperatures can dip. Napa has many microclimates, and while it may be warm on the valley floor, it can be cool in the hills. The best strategy is layered clothing that allows you to adjust to this variety while remaining comfortable.

How can I get around?

We do not condone drinking and driving. Be responsible and have a designated driver or arrange transportation through a variety of services found here.

Where can I stay?

How can I volunteer?

Can I bring my pet?

No. We are unable to allow pets into the event unless they are approved service animals providing ADA assistance.

What are my parking options?

Some venues have private parking while others have street parking, so please reference your tickets for more specific details. Always follow any displayed parking rules and regulations.

Is my ticket transferrable?

Yes, if you would like to change the name on the ticket please address your updates to Keidi Ravdin-Teng at Keidi@afandco.com. Please be aware that your ticket is unique so only one person will be given admission with each ticket code.

Do I have to bring my printed ticket to the event?

Yes, we will scan this for entry. However, if you lose or forget your ticket we can print a replacement. Please be aware that your ticket is unique so only one person will be given admission with each ticket code.

What is the refund policy?

Flavor! Napa Valley is a fundraiser so all sales are final and NO refunds will be approved.
